Help needed to make labels

All of a sudden I am unable to create labels using the
label wizard. Can anyone out there help? I can create a
report using report wizard but not label -- my Girl Scout
database needs help ASAP. Thanks.

more info please.

- do you get any messages?
- does the wizard start at all?
- does the wizard complete but not create the report?
