Help needed with Citation and Bibliography Group in Word 2007

In the Citations and Bibliography Group, the only thing I can click on is
"insert citations" but then I can only search libraries. The "Manage
Sources" and "Style" buttons are both unaviable to click on and the dropdown
menu for "Style" says "missing". I have not been able to find any help in
any books or on the Microsoft website for this issue, so I was hoping someone
on here would be able to help me fix this problem.
