HELP !!!!!!!No Internet Mail Service Available!!!!!!!!!!!

HI!
I am running Windows XP home edition and Office 97.

I am trying to set up my pop3 mail account in Outlook.
(already have it working in OE.)

I know the procedure to do it because I have set it up on
the computer at work. The proplem I am having at home is
that when I go to add services, the option to add internet
mail is not present.

do I need to reinstall something, change a setting.......

Please help!
