Help not working

I tried posting this question yesterday, but may not have sent it. If it's a
duplicate, I apologize. I wrote context sensitive help files and compiled
them using HTML Help Workshop for my Access2003 app. It works fine using the
F1 key on my machine, but does not work in runtime version created with the
package wizard. F1 key does nothing, no help pop-up or error message. Any
ideas?

I tried creating a new help project following the steps in the article you
referred me to. Got it to work on my machine. Ran the package wizard and put
it on a client machine, and help still doesn't work on the client machine.
I'm wondering if there are files other than the obvious help project files
that I should be including in the run-time version?
