I have got windows xp in my personal computer and
the help and technical assistance doesn`t work.
I don`t know why.
How can I repair this?

I'd suggest asking this in one of the Windows XP newsgroups. They start
microsoft.public.windowsxp, or microsoft.public.es.windowsxp for the Spanish
ones.
