HELP !!! Office 97 won't reload Word97 HTML edit after PC crash/bu

Gentlefolks:

HELP !!! I'm still running W-97, and I reloaded Office 97 from CDROM after
my killed PC (power supply burnout cooked the hard drive) was repaired and a
RAID unit added (and XP SP2 reinstalled).

Word worked, but I just now noticed that the "Save As HTML" FILE Menu option
no longer appears.

I reloaded Office97, and again got (and this time noted down) an
installation error:

"Htmlmarq.ocx was unable to register itself in the system registry'

On clicking OKAY, another message read:

"[Installation] not completed successfully"

I NEED HTML EDITING ASAP,

AS I'M A 9/11 AEROSPACE LAYOFF CASE SURVIVING ON EBAY.

Can anyone tell me what to do to get the HTML editing option of Word97 back
up and running?

I'm hoping there has not been some non-upward-compatible Windows XP change
since I originally loaded Office97 about a year ago, when I bought the PC.

Thanks for any and all help,

John Zanath

Start regedit. Navigate to the
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Image
File Execution Options" key. Modify the two .ocx files whose
names start with HTMLm from .ocx to .old . Exit. Restart the
computer.
