Running Office XP Pro SP2 on WinXP Pro SP1 with roaming
profiles on a Win2000 network with Active Directory. One
user loses her shortcut bar every time she restarts. A
pop-up box comes up stating that she needs a folder in
her toolbar. I'll have to copy her old one with a new
name and then add it. It will only remain till she
restarts. I've tried uninstalling office and
reinstalling and I've tried saving her office shortcut
bar info to the office directory under program files, in
her application data folder on the local drive and in the
roaming profile, to no avail. Any ideas?
Thanks in Advance,
