Help on "Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page" Error

All,
I couldnt solve the problem:

Cannot run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
"http://macs.gsg.mot.com:8080/web/general/fqboxconf.htm"
not run the FrontPage Server Extensions on this page:
"http://macs.gsg.mot.com:8080/web/general/mdqboxconf.htm"
The server and the extensions are correctly installed.
I've tryed with MS Support but they couldnt solve either.
I scale this to you hoping you'll be able to find a
solution.
