Help on exporting calendar

J

Jeff

I inputted some entries in my Outlook 2003 Calendar and I wanted to export them to a file so that I can work with them elsewhere. I clicked the option Import and Export from the File menu. When the Import and Export Wizard opened, I chose 'Export to a file' then clicked Next. Then I chose Comma Separated Values (Windows) as the desired file type. But when I proceeded to the next step, which was the Wizard's windows, displaying a sentence 'Select a folder to export from'. There was a box under the sentences, yet no options were available. Why does this happen and how to fix it? Thanks.

I can't duplicate the problem here. You might want to try exporting to
another format. If you'll be using this data on another machine with Outlook
2003, try exporting to a .pst file.
