In Outlook 2000, I can click the Send/Receive button to check all my
accounts, or I can click Tools/Send/Receive and choose to check mail from
just one account.
What I would like is to have a menu item, or a button running a macro, that
would allow me to choose to check mail on 6 accounts that are all related to
the same website. I would like to check a select group of accounts with one
step, without waiting for all the other accounts to be checked, or without
having to individually choose each of them. I know that I can uncheck
accounts to keep them from being included, but there are times when I do
want to check all my accounts at once.
Is it possible to group some accounts for a quick send/receive, and is
anyone willing to help me with the commands for a macro?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
