Help, on Outlook View Control

hello
while reading the "Microsoft Outlook View Control Reference", i realize that there's three type of objects DataCtl Object
ObjModelCtl Object and the ViewCtl Object
My problem is that how i can gain acess to that object, i try on a web page and in the activex test control in visual studio. And i can't find documentation
