help on printer set-up

Hi everyone i hope you can give me a little bit of help,
I have just bought a new IMAGE CLASS MP360 serial printer & have installed
by the guide book,i ran a test print,ok i ran a scan print ok,but when i
want to print from the computer it wont,i am working on XP Profesional,if
anyone can help me i would be most gratefull,

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to Windows XP, such as
microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product.
