TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

The Microsoft office products(Excel,Word,Powerpoint
Access )that came with my computer, refused to accept the
PRODUCT KEY on the Microsoft Certificate Of Authenticity
which is placed on the back of the computer.

I tried it over and over again but to no avail.I want to
therefore say that Microsoft should help me gey the
correct product key to enable me enter into those
environments.

The product is a genuine one.It may be a mistake on the
part of Microsoft I suppose.

Some information about my computer is as follow:
Product:presario 2500
Product # DS543U
Serial # CNF3511QXD

N.B: The computer is a Compaq with Window XP (Home
Edition).

I will be very glad to receive a prompt and positive
feedback.Thank you.

Have a re-read of the number, some timed B's can look like 8's and 0
(zero's) look like O (oh's) etc; if that fails then contact whoever you
bought it from.
If the disk came with the PC then Microsoft will not provide support, that's
down to the supplier.
If you bought the disk elsewhere, there should be an installation support
phone number in the pack (somewhere!).

You might check that you are using the correct key. The key on your computer is for Windows, not Office. The Office product key is normally on the packaging for the disks. This is a common mistake.
