Help on re-installing Photo Editor

then I installed Office 2003 and Photo Editor disappeared, since Office 2003
automatically removes Photo Editor. I removed Office 2003 and re-installed
Office 2000 Pro, and still no Photo Editor. The file PhotoEd.exe appears on
the C drive, but clicking on the icon only makes the icon appear on the task
bar - no program. I tried using the Repair function - no luck. All
suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

Opinicus: thanks for your response. In answer to your question, yes I have
looked at the MS support article 817095, and I understand that installation
of Office 2003 removes Photo Editor. As I said in my post, I have removed
Office 2003 and re-installed Office 2000, but Photo Editor still does not
work. Other suggestions?
