'Help on this error' does not work?

Windows XP Home Students & Teachers / Office Pro Excel 2003 / In college /
Exercise creates error 'Formula Omits Adjacent Cells.' Clicked 'Help on this
error' - Help window appears, but is blank, on-line & off-line. I have not
tried to recreate with any other types of errors.
