Help on Words (Office Xp)

ok.. i need ur help ! ASAP !

My Words is having problems opening file and closing the
program (words)..

This is wat it came out after closing..

after dat when i click no nothing happens so i close it
using the 'X' box. this box comes up

dis thing happen since i accidently open an HTML file
using words.. i tryed uninstalling and installing back, i
oso tryed to repair it.. but it still comes up !!!

You might have a corrupted normal.dot or registry entry... the file opens
fine here (after copying it to my local drive and scanning for viruses, of
course: none found).

How are you trying to open the file? From within Word's File Open dialog
box? From Windows Explorer?

You might try the suggestions shown here, since they address normal.dot and
registry issues:
