Help! Org Chart Won't Work

Hi:

I am running XP Home Edition and Office 97. Whenever I
try to open Org Chart (either from Word or any other
Office97 application) I get an error message: "The server
application, source file, or item cannot be found. Make
sure the application is properly installed, and that it
has not been deleted, moved or renamed". Org Chart 2.0 is
still in the same directory as it's always been... A
similar occurs when one tries to open an Org Chart from
Powerpoint. When trying to open a new Org Chart directly,
it returns an error message "Unable to Open File. You May
Be Out of Memory or Disk Space......". Clearly there is
something else going on as the machine has plenty of disk
space. Please help.
