HELP! Outlook 2003

I installed Outlook 2003 on my 1.3GHZ Laptop running WinXP-Pro

Outlook will not execute I am getting the followinf error message.

"CANNOT START MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK. UNABLE TO OPEN THE OUTLOOK WINDOW.
THE SET OD FOLDERS COULD NOT BE OPENED.THE SERVER IS NOT6 AVAILABLE. CONTACT
YOUR ADMINSTRATOR IF THIS CONDITION PERSISTS"

What the heck is wrong, I installed and re-installed the application a dozen
times to no avail.
What is the problem??

Try creating a new mail profile in Control Panel | Mail, making it the default, then restarting Outlook.
