I have a user that is on Outlook 2007 and about once a day it will just
randomly pull in an email or 2 over and over again. I have to have them close
out of Outlook, open Outlook Express, recieve the email there and then close
out. It is like the client isn't marking the email as recieved so it doesn't
remove it from the Exchange Server (hosted Exchange 2003 server).
I have installed the latest updates and tried running with the following
switches...
/cleanprofile
/recycle (default)
/firstrun
/safe
I have also deleted the Outlook profile (2 times), deleted the Windows
profile and recreated it, deleted all Rules (client and server), deleted the
OST (2 times), and disabled the antivirus (SEP).
But this still keeps happening. Can anyone please give me a new direction to
go in that may solve this issue? I have read all the posts here and on other
sites and I can't find a solution. Thanks in advance!
