HELP - Pkctures not showing anymore

This morning everything was OK. Now when i insert a picture in an email and
when i check the sent mail box i only see a square where the picture should
be with a small red "x" in the upper left corner. If I click on edit and
right click on the empty box I see something like this
"outbind://1/cid:[email protected]

But I cannot see the picture. I need this for my work so please can anyone
help me here
