Help please - creating HTML newsletter in Word

I'd appreciate any help! I want to create an HTML newsletter that I can
email to about 30 people.

I can create the newsletter but pictures I import into it don't show up when
received. I guess they're in a folder somewhere like with a webpage. But how
do I create an emailable newsletter then with pix in?
