It works except now if the item ($I$1:$I$733) contains a
letter it skips it. Any ideas?

I thought that was what you wanted?

what did you mean by that? Now you say:

If you just want to avoid lines in I where X is "stk" try

('Priced BOM'!$X$3:$X$733<>"STK")

instead of the isnumber part
