help please, i need to make a pp jpeg

i need your help, a friend sent me a beautiful pp slide show but i want to
save the photos as jepg, how do i do that? can you tell me the steps i have
to follow? im a newbie in this.

"File", "Save as", change the save as file type to JPEG.

how do i find file, save as??
i click the show to see it and i dont have those options.

Assuming it was sent as an attachment in Outlook or Outlook Express, save
the file to your hard drive (right-click, Save as). Open PowerPoint, click
"File", "Open" and browse to the folder and select the file. Then follow
the previous instructions.
