Help Please... message size exceeds my databytes limit???

Outlook Email will not send attachments larger than 100k? Any help would be
appreciated.

Error message reads:

The server responded: 558 sorry, that message size exceeds my databytes
limit (#5.3.4)

It's a server responds not an Outlook error. Contact your ISP to check their
server and your mailbox size and see if they are all below quota.
