HELP PLEASE!!- Microsoft english ASR version 5 ( British English / UK )

Can someone please help me from going completely insane!!!!!!!!!! I have phoned Microsoft, emailed friends, colleagues, tried endless discussion groups and no one can find what I need. What I want is the Speech Engine for UK English for Speech recognition. Its called "Microsoft english ASR version 5". My parents have it on their PC running Win Home XP/Office XP, but it isn't on my PC running Win XP Home/Office 2003. Can someone please tell me how to install the engine on my machine? Is there a file I can copy over? Office 2003 does not have shared components on Add/Remove programmes so I'm at a loss to know where to find it.
