Help please- playing FLV videos on site

Hi,

I have an FLV file and I would like to allows visitors to play it (a
10 minute
film) on my site. How do I do it please?

I have googled but only get more confused. Some "dummy's guide to..."
would
be appreciated.

You need a Flash SWF FLV player

- or your visitors need to download the FLV and use one of the many free FLV players

Thanks. I went through the readme file and other stuff on Internet,
but I
still need help. I don't know Flash or Dreamweaver (only Frontpage)
so have
difficulty with the stuff.

I have a file myfile.flv which I want site visitors to be able to
play.
Could someone point me to me a sample page (and any other files) to
run it,
so I can copy and tailor. If anyone can that would be great!!

Flash Player? I assume "FLV" is an abbreviation of [FL]ash [V]ideo.
