I am new at this and I need some help ...
I need to design a web site for a non profit group ...
I did a wee bit of web design several years a go but I seem lost now.
Q1 - why does " could not find "barb" on port 80 ???

also ... I have seen many web sites that have a design that looks like
file folders on the top for navigation around the site... how do I do this???
