HELP PLEASE

Some one please help me
My computer crashed 2 weeks ago because of a bad memory
module that I was told I could use. I had to re-install
everything. I saw a picture on the internet that I wanted
to use for my Power poit presentation I right clicked,
copied then went to power point right clicked and paste,
nothing happened, I tred the same in word--nothing
happened. I have tried several things nothing works. Am I
missing something here?

check for computer virus that has impaired the clipboard.

Why didn't you do a repair install? Or do a restore from a checkpoint?
Doing a total reinstall probably was not necessary and is a drastic
thing to do. I can see how bad memory would make the machine
malfunction, but wonder how it made it malfunction so bad that you had
to reinstall everything. My hunch something else going on.

Probably you have affected your security setup and your machine is now
infected with nefarious software.
