Sadly, that doesn't appear to work with Office 2000.
The web site indicates Office 97 and Office XP.
I just downloaded it and tried it on an Office XP computer and it
doesn't find it.

My Office 2000 number is not on the "box" it is on the orange label on the
back of the CD case. Do you have the CD's and the case they came in?? Look

believe that it works for Office 2k

Just tried that.
That also does not produce a product key for Office 2000.
I suggest you give this up. Mary has supplied what appears to be the
only way.
