Help Please

I just bought another pc to connect to old pc. i was running trial version
office 2007 for student on old pc. however i went out and bought the full
vesrion one from best buy. I do not know how to set it up.; I popped cd in my
new pc drive and it never asked me for liscense key and it says it is it is
installed but i dont see it on my destop or quick launch or start menu.
Please help me idk what i may have not did or did wrong. Thanks in

Look in Start, Programs, Microsoft Office.

You probably have a trial edition of Office pre installed on your new PC
which you need to uninstall first before installing from cd

Assuming its a Vista PC, if you click the Orb Btn and type 'Word' in the
search bar, does Word start?
