Help plz: Downloading OneNote file asks for multiple password

Hi
I uploaded OneNote file to one of our folder which is password
protected(No IUSR_XXX access).

When I tried to download other files within same folder such as doc
files or pdf files I only have to type in username and password once
per visit.

However when I tried to download .one file it starts as any other file
by asking username/password but as OneNote tries to open its content it
asks for username and password multiple times. Is there anyway to avoid
this and let user download entering username and password only once as
they would in any other files?

Is the OneNote section also password protected on its own? Are there links
to files also located in the password protected folder in the OneNote file?
