help popup tablet corrupted with temp file-browser text

I am trialling my office suite..ha ha.....and the help file has been set up
for info to go to documents instead of notepad...and now the help file popup
in all the applications is full of temporary file stuff ...like tge text
below. I have tried to delete temporary files but it hasnt cleared it....any
ideas please...thx sue
