Help popups

When viewing information in the Help window, the popups
no longer provide the screen tip.

Hi MDTC,

If you're using Office 2000 the definition and howto popups were disabled to block a potential security hole. There is a procedure
to manually re-enable them, at your risk, by replacing the original one pointed to as described in this article with the original
ouactrl.ocx from your Office CD.
