Help! Print error

When I try to print an email message it prints the header
fine. The body is blank. I get another page that says:

"ERROR: rangecheck
OFFENDING COMMAND: endcidrange"

STACK:

17864
(~:)
(~:)
1783 etc, etc.

I am running:
XP Pro Version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1 Build 2600

Office XP w/Outlook 2002 SP-2 (10.4712.4219)
