Help! "Print Preview" shows only a little of my text.

My text shows up fine in Normal view. But when I open Print Preview (in
all my documents) I see only a bit of text or image in the upper
righthand side of the page and the rest of the page is blank. As I need
to edit the layout on a large document this is a huge inconvenience and
I'd be very grateful for any help you can give! I'm using Office:mac on
an iMac running OS X 10.4.8

Hi Barbara:

Check your document margins and your paper size.

Make sure the paper size matches the paper that is actually in the printer.

Make sure the printer you are formatting the document for is the model of
printer you are actually going to use.

You can look these things up in the Word help if you can't find them.

Cheers

Another thought along the same theme - In File>Print check the third list
(normally reads as 'Copies & Pages') in the Layout category to see if it
might be set for more than 1 page per sheet and/or modified Layout
Direction.
