HELP!! Printing Newsletter from word

How do I print a newsletter from MS word? I want to
print on 11 x 17 paper so that it can fold. So page 2
and 3 are printed on one side and 1 and 4 on the other
side??

Anybody?

Hi there. I was on the internet the other day and came
across your message on the "microsoft public word". I was
having a similar problem with word so i looked at your
message, and not finding the solution i moved on. Your
message stuck with me because in my progress of trying to
fix my problem, I think i may have come across a solution
to yours.

There is a dialoge box that pops up when you
select "Print" from the File menus with options on it,
such as choosing the printer or how many pages you want
printed ect. There is an "OPTIONS" button in the bottom
left had corner. It will bring up a new dialouge box. At
the bottom there is an option between front face
printing, and back face and you can choose both of
them!
ps..(the answers are always in the ever annoying options
boxes eh?) There is still more though..

For Printing 11x7 paper, either go to "Page setup" in the
file menu and do it there, or you can even do it from
where you just were, the printing dialoge box. On this
box is a button called "PROPERTIES". If you click it, it
will show you colour options and other options as well as
paper size options! It will come up with a friendly
reminder for what generic types people usually chose, but
if you dont find it there, i have an alternative.
You can go to the left column which describes your
type of paper and click on what usally says "LETTER" and
a whole bunch of paper size options will come up. I didnt
see 11x7 there, but there was a custom option to just
make your own size; people are always printing pretty
wacky things.

So I hope your printing is succesfull and that this was
helpful and that I am not fashionably late with providing
you with this info, bu no worries.. I learned somthing
too!

With hope,
Matt

Matt,

Just FYI, the Properties box you're describing varies with
the printer being used. Not everyone sees the same array
of choices you have.
