Nobody answered my posting to compdatabases.ms-access so I'll try here since
it's regarding reports.
Hello.
I just wondered if anybody could verify if my conclusion is correct.
If you want to use a non standard printer bin, not ranging from 1-15, you
can not user the new printer object in access 2002??
This means that one has to use prtDev?
My goal is as follows:
To change to a different printer bin for a specific report.
The printers are Lexmark and the don't support the standard printer bin
names like: acPRBNLower etc. When i try to use any of these nothing comes
out, and if it comes, it comes from the standard bin.
I find it hard to believe that nobody else has had the wish to print a
report using different paper bins.
I have tried to use the examples at
http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/attac-cg/ for using prtDev, but I
can't get it to work. My PrtDevMode just returns garbage.
Any Tips will be welcomed.
