Help {PRIVATE} is on my documents

When I open a document there is a {PRIVATE} at the end of
my headings. I just noticed this recently. It prints out
and I have to manually delete it. Sometimes it appears in
two places and sometimes only one. How can I get rid of
this? What is it? Where did it come from? Any help in a
hurry would be appreciated.

Marie,

Was this document converted from WP? If so and if you
don't want to convert it back to WP then the fields can be
deleted. If you don't want to fool with deleting them,
then to prevent them from printing go to Tools/Options and
on the Print tab remove the check next to "Hidden
Text" and "Field Codes" if these are turned on.
