I purchased Office Ultimate 2007 and installed them on my laptop and on my
home PC. I keep my contacts information in Business Contact manager. I am
connected to the internet thru Time Warner cable using Roadrunner for e-mail.
If I send an attachment from my laptop to my client who uses Outlook 2003,
they cannot open it. They get an error message that the file is corrupt and
cannot be opened. I have sent blank excel files, pdf files with the same
results. If I send it from the home PC it opens just fine. Same program,
different results.
I can send the attachment from my on-line roadrunner account, not using
Outlook, and it works just fine.
I have seen several postings here with the same problem. There is something
going on with Outlook that needs to be fixed. If you do not have a solution
is there a way to get a copy of Office Professional 2007 to see if that fixes
the problem?
