To help with task sorting and filtering, I created Text1 and Text2 columns in
my project, which I publish in MS Project Server. Now, I realize my
resources cannot view this pertinent information (Text1 & Text 2 fields)
about their tasks when they receive email updates or when they import their
tasks into Outlook.
Is there a quick way to append the Task field to include Text1 & Text2 data?
