Help :Protecting From Harmfull Users

I have Access File Shared on Windows 2000 professional computer and windows
98 clients accessing my database deom my program.

Now there is many users on network and some criminal user sometime delete or
overwrite my file with old one I have applied security ristriction but user
overwrite the file with old one.

I want to rum my accesss application in different user security context so
that user cannot access share directly I have to know about
CreateProcessWithLogon api but it cannot work on windows 98 so please any
suggestion so solve my prob
