HELP Protection Problem

Hi you'all

When I protect worksheets in a workbook and have some
cells locked and some unlocked and I put the worksheet on
another computer I cannot use the Formula, Merge&Center,
and Format Icons on the Menu They are not "available"
Also the Drawing Menu is not available.

Is there a way to "fix" this problem?
