HELP publishing page is causing a cut off of html

Hi please help

My website saved correctly in Frontpage and shows properly in the
preview, but when it is published, the bottom portion of pages are
randomly being cut off.
This is confirmed by view source, the html coding just breaks off.
I have tried re-uploading without success.

I does not seem to matter what size the pages are either.
It does seem to only be occurring on pages where I am using Paypal
shopping cart (frames and tables). But there seems to be no
commonality in where it chooses a cut off point.

I ftp via IE; which I can do for other sites without problems.
