Need some help here please.
I imported my Gmail account to set up Entourage on my Macbook Pro, but all the labels, filters and folders I applied to my Gmail inbox have been undone, and I'm left with a long list of 4000 mails. Grouping and sorting them is way too tedious. How can I import mails along with the filters and labels intact?

Hi,

simply delete the POP account you have just created and set up Gmail as an
IMAP account. You can find the instructions here:

<http://blog.entourage.mvps.org/2007/11/connect_entourage_2004_to_gmails_ima
p_service.html>

or, if the above link does not work:

<http://tinyurl.com/yutcdg>

The instructions were written for Entourage 2004, but the process has not
changed in Entourage 2008. Once you have done so, you will get a folder in
Entourage for each label you have applied in the webmail interface, which
will allow you to categorise your messages more easily.
