help removing SPAM

ADD to top of MAIL page (Hotmail<outlook, Entourage) link that says THIS IS
SPAM OR JUNK MAIL.
You would provide software that would 1. remove the message unopened. 2.
Automaticly block in the future. 3. Not allow the sender to comfirm they have
reached a good address.

Right now all I can do is say message is NOT JUNK. I need the second option.
