I need help shutting down the computer. I have Windows
XP. After completing all my work, I exit out of Outlook,
close any open programs, and go to my desktop. I go to
the start button, then to shut down, but receive a
meessage that says
MICROSOFT OUTLOOK
"Please close down all Microsoft Office applications
before shutting down system."
No applications appear to be open or running. How do I
determine what applications are still open or running so
that I can shut down the computer?
This is driving me crazy.
Thanks.
