Help solving problem with macro code that repeats itself

I have a problem with one of the word templates I converted from word 6
to word 2000. The macro code runs twice instead of once and I don't
know why. The other documents uses the same macro but the run once as
they are suppose to.

Here is code I use in the macro to update the fields:
