I Cannot get outlook to open

This is what i get

1st box says

Configuring outlook accounts
2nd box says
The connection to Microsoft exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online
or connected to complete this action.

OK

3rd box says
Microsoft Exchange box with General tab
Microsoft exchange server:________________
Mailbox:____________________
Check Name

Once the name have been checked and are underlined click ok.


When you click ok outlook closes and there is no outlook

Please be detailed on you HELP.

Are you trying to connect to an Exchange Server? I'm guessing not...

What version of Outlook are you trying to use?
