Help!! Standard toolbar has diappeared

My standard toolbar has disappeared completely. I check it off on
VIEW/TOOLBARS, but it does not show. I have gone to Customize and
Organizer but no help.

The other day I was moving it and I inadvertently pushed it too high,
and it seems to have fallen out of my computer! Haven't seen it
since.

One way:

Type Opt-F11 to enter the Visual Basic Editor. Type CMD-g to open the
Immediate Window. In the Immediate Winow, type or paste

CommandBars("Standard").Top = 100

followed by Return/Enter. Type Opt-F11 to return to Word. Reposition the
toolbar as you wish.
