HELP! Start-up properties changed

HELP ME! Please! I made some change to my database
trying to make the switchboard to work and now I cannot
gain access to stop the start-ups. I tried to delete the
switchboard form but that doesn't do it. Some action that
I made changed the the MS-Access program and now I don't
have the 'Tools' option on the menu bar. Is it possible
to undo?

Any and all help is welcomed!

I found my answer! Hold down the <SHIFT> key while the
database is being opened will allow you to re-gain control
of the database and turn off the start-up options.
